We will explain briefly how this might have happened. For security reasons, our customers are automatically logged out after some time. This means that you will have to log back into myCloud with your Swisscom Login and password to access your data.
If you are now using a different Swisscom login to log in to myCloud (e.g. because you have several Swisscom logins), you will be informed that no myCloud account exists for this Swisscom login.
Until now, the process was such that you could activate myCloud directly for this Swisscom login at this point. This has led to some customers accidentally activating myCloud for another Swisscom login and thus encountering an empty account.
In the meantime we have adapted the processes accordingly so that it is not so easy to activate myCloud on another Swisscom login and instead you can search for an existing account if you have forgotten your login details.
If you now have several Swisscom logins with activated myCloud and only want one account, you can follow these instructions to merge the accounts.
