With the introduction of the new operating system iOS 13, we can unfortunately no longer support mobile devices with iOS 10 and older due to innovations and resulting incompatibilities.
What does the end of support mean?
The end of support means that you will no longer receive updates for the myCloud App. You can continue to use the already installed app as well as your already saved data. These remain saved on myCloud and are easily accessible and available.
What happens if I uninstall the myCloud app?
If you uninstall the myCloud App, it will no longer be possible to download it again from the App Store. You can still save your new photos and videos to myCloud afterwards. How this works is explained below.
What can I do now?
If your device is supported, we recommend that you update your operating system to iOS 11 or later.

What happens to my data stored on myCloud and how can I continue to access it?
Your stored photos and files will stay on myCloud and will continue to be retrievable and available. To view or download your photos and files, you can simply continue using the already installed app on your device or log in via the web at www.mycloud.ch and you will have access to all your data stored on myCloud.
I want to continue saving the photos I take with my iOS9/10 device on myCloud. How do I do that?
As long as you have not deleted the myCloud app from your device, you can still upload your photos and videos to myCloud using the app.
Did you delete the app? Don't worry, you can still upload your photos and videos to myCloud. Simply use the Internet browser on your device.
Open the browser of your device and enter www.mycloud.ch. Then click on "To myCloud Login" and log in with your login credentials. Now go to the "Photos" section and select "Upload photos" and then "Add photos". You can now select whether you want to take a photo directly, make a selection in the photo media library or search for a photo or video in the file area. After you have made your selection, click on "Done". Your photos will be uploaded to myCloud.
