Should you accidently delete content, you have the ability to restore it. If you have a myCloud Light subscription, you can restore it for 15 days, for a myCloud Standard subscription for 30 days and for a myCloud Pro subscription for 90 days.
To do this, follow these steps:
- You can restore deleted photos & videos in the Albums section. To do this, click on “Trash” in the overview. Here, select the corresponding photos & videos and click on the open circle arrow, which is the restore symbol. Please note that this function is only available when there are items in the Trash.
- Deleted files & documents can be found in the Trash in the Files section. Simply select the corresponding files and click on “Restore”.
