Should you receive a notification regarding storage space, this may be due to:
No available storage space in your myCloud account
Depending on which myCloud subscription you’re using, you’ll have a different amount of storage space available. In our free-of-charge basic package myCloud Light, for instance, you’ll have 10 GB of storage space available. Once this space is full, no other files can be saved in myCloud.
If you’re already a Swisscom inOne, NATEL® infinity, or Vivo customer (authorised subscriptions) and would like unlimited storage space for photos & videos (in your Photo library) and would like more storage space for files & documents, you’ll have to link your myCloud account to your already-existing Swisscom login.
