First of all, don't worry, your myCloud is doing well. The problem is that we didn't find myCloud with the user you just used to login. Now this can have happened for various reasons:
Have you changed your login to another Swisscom Login?
Forgot your username or email?
- You can try different user names or e-mail addresses. Once a username or email has been recognized in our system, you will be redirected to the password page. Just click on "Go to login".
Maybe you haven't opened a myCloud account at all?
