First of all, don’t worry. Your myCloud is fine. The problem is that we could not locate a myCloud for the user you’ve entered to log in. This could have occurred for various reasons:
Maybe you forgot your myCloud username?
- Are you logged in on another device? Then you can check under "Settings" what your user name for myCloud is.
- You can query the corresponding myCloud username here by entering an e-mail address.
Have you perhaps forgotten your password?

Maybe you haven’t opened a myCloud account at all?
- Click on “Register for free” and benefit from a myCloud account today.
