The statuses in the myCloud computer backup show if a certain folder is currently backed up or if the computer backup has been paused. If you would like to check the current statuses of your folders, follow these steps:
- Open the myCloud desktop client.
- Click on “Settings”.
- Select the “Computer backup” tab.
You will then see a short message displayed next to each folder. “Up to date” means the folder is being automatically backed up. As soon as changes are made locally to this folder, the folder will then be automatically updated in the myCloud computer backup. “Stopped” means that the computer backup is currently halted. Changes made locally to these folders will not be reflected in the myCloud computer backup.
