You can upgrade your myCloud Light or myCloud Standard subscription at any time. Start out by logging into your myCloud account in your browser. Click on “Change subscription”. Depending on which subscription you’re currently using and whether you have, in addition to a myCloud account, a Swisscom inOne, NATEL® Infinity, or Vivo subscription (Authorised subscriptions), you’ll have various options available.
If you want to cancel a myCloud Pro subscription, you can do this at the end of each billing period. You can read more about this here.
