Uploading files with myCloud Transfer is only possible for customers located in Switzerland. Downloading files, on the other hand, is possible also for customers outside of Switzerland.
In some cases it can occur that myCloud Transfer blocks access although you are physically in Switzerland.
This can happen if your current internet connection is through a proxy server abroad (can occur in company networks and some other cases) or, for another reason, your connection exhibits a special IP address. Should this occur, please use a different internet connection.
