myCloud Transfer says I'm outside Switzerland?
myCLoud transfer is only available for uploads to customers within Switzerland. Downloads are also available for customers outside Switzerland.
In some cases it may happen that myCloud Transfer blocks access although you are physically in Switzerland.
This can happen if the current Internet connection via a proxy server abroad (can occur in company networks, among other things) or for other reasons has a special IP address. In this case, please use a different Internet connection.
