Yes, you can retroactively change your contact email address at any time.
First, log into your account at myCloud.ch with your current email address and password.
Click in the upper right corner on your profile’s avatar.
Then click on Settings in the dropdown menu:
Now there are two possibilities depending on which login you’re using:
- When using a Swisscom login, you’ll have the option to change your email address using the corresponding input field:
- If your myCloud is linked to a Passeport account, click on “Edit profile” on the next page:
If your myCloud is linked with a Swisscom login, please click on the “Change” link located next to the contact email address:
If you have a Passeport account, you’ll be redirected to a new page where you can select a new email address to use by clicking on “Change”, as depicted below:
Then simply follow the instructions given there.
