Many cloud solutions usually use a special method in order to optimise video quality as much as possible (transcoding). Currently, myCloud does not make use of this technology, but we’re currently evaluating it and various solutions are being analysed.
In order to ensure there are no problems encountered while viewing the video, we recommend downloading and then viewing it with a video program.
When you are completely unable to play a video, it’s possible that the file format isn’t supported by your smartphone or internet browser. Download the video in order to play it.
Please note that videos recorded with an iPhone are saved as *.mov files. *.mov videos can only be played on a Mac in Safari.
