- You have deleted the uploaded photos and videos in myCloud. These will not be uploaded again through automatic backup. However, you can still upload them manually.
- You have taken videos that are larger than 200 MB. These are skipped to avoid limiting the performance of automatic backup. However, videos that are larger than 200 MB can still be uploaded manually.
- A transfer error has occurred. The myCloud app will try to upload these photos and videos again later.
- A conflict has arisen, for example, due to an invalid file format. The corresponding content cannot be uploaded to myCloud.
