Possible causes of this:
- You may have deleted the uploaded photos or videos in your myCloud. These are not reuploaded through the “Automatic backup”. You can, however, still upload these manually. You can learn more about this here.
- You’ve recorded videos that are larger than 200 MB. These are not automatically uploaded to ensure that the “Automatic backup” performance is not inhibited. You can, however, upload videos over 200 MB in size manually at any time. You can learn more about this here.
- An error occurred during the transfer. The myCloud App will attempt to reupload these photos & videos at a later point in time.
- A conflict occurred (e.g. due to an invalid file format). The corresponding content cannot be uploaded to your myCloud. You can find a list of all technical limitations here.
