Please follow these steps to switch from myCloud Light to myCloud Standard:
- go to mycloud.ch and log in with your myCloud login data
- click on your initials in the upper right corner and click on "Settings"
- click on "Change subscription"
- Click on "Select" in the myCloud Standard field below and then on "Link account".
- log in with the Swisscom login data to which your authorised subscription applies
- you now have myCloud Standard
If you do not have an authorized subscription, you can switch to myCloud Pro the same way - simply click on "Select" in the myCloud Pro field and follow the instructions to change your subscription.
