This may be for the following reasons:
- You don't have a inOne, Swisscom Vivo or NATEL® infinity subscription. Please note that users with a inOne Mobile light, inOne Home light and inOne SME Office subscriptions are not entitled to unlock storage.
- You have a NATEL® infinity business subscription for corporate customers. Unfortunately, these cannot be used to unlock storage.
- You have already linked your subscription to another myCloud account.
