This may be for the following reasons:
- You have tried to verify your identity using your Passeport account instead of your Swisscom or NATEL® login.
- You don't have a inOne, Swisscom Vivo or NATEL® infinity subscription.
- You have a NATEL® infinity business subscription for corporate customers. Unfortunately, these cannot be used to activate unlimited storage.
- You have already linked your subscription to another myCloud account.
